We’re looking for an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join our established and growing legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, practical advice on a wide range of private client matters.

The Role

You’ll manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on areas including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and tax planning
• Inheritance and succession planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Handling complex estates and high-net-worth clients where appropriate

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Qualified solicitor status with relevant private client experience
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• A commercially aware and proactive approach
• A genuine interest in developing lasting client relationships
• The confidence to handle sensitive and often complex matters with professionalism and empathy
