Private Client Solicitor — Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with autonomy over your own files
  • Drafting Wills
  • Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handling Estate Administration and Probate
  • Advising on Trusts and estate planning
  • Delivering high-quality legal services with excellent client care
  • Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team
Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Wills and Probate work, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience handling a range of Wills & Probate matters
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative culture
  • A proactive mindset committed to delivering high-quality legal services
  • STEP qualified, or progress towards it, is advantageous
