Wills & Probate Executive

Kenilworth | Full-Time, Permanent | Competitive Salary + Benefits

A great opportunity for a Wills & Probate Executive to join a busy, supportive and growing Private Client team. You’ll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and associated administrative matters, working in a friendly environment where your expertise is valued.

The Role

• Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs

• Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and tax matters

• Setting up new client accounts and handling enquiries

• Managing probate files, including matters involving income tax, inheritance tax and capital taxation

• Handling and processing deeds and securities

• Providing clear, professional and sympathetic client care

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in Wills, Probate and non‑contentious private client work

• Solid understanding of relevant law and practice

• Ability to deal with clients confidently, efficiently and with empathy

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone

• Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
