Private Family Solicitor

Kenilworth

up to £50,000 depending on experience

We are working with a well-established, multi-office law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. 

The role will involve:

• Providing advice to clients 
• Managing a caseload of private family matters including divorce/separation, cohabitation agreements/disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements,  private law children matters and domestic violence
• Conducting advocacy
• Taking part in business development/networking activities
• Working closely with the Head of Family

Suitable candidates will have

• Fully qualified status
• Experience of running a private family caseload
• Experience of conducting advocacy
• Commercial awareness
• A desire to progress your career
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience of submitting online divorce applications
• Experience of using a legal case management system

This is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Reduced hours will also be considered.
