This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in probate and estate administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
• Prepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with probate experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of private client matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
