As a Process and Data Officer, you will play a key role within our Managed Services Recruitment Transformation and Systems team, analysing data, producing high-quality reporting and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, with real visibility across multiple business areas.
This role would suit a data-focused professional who enjoys getting into the detail behind reporting, understanding the story behind the numbers and using this to influence decisions and drive improvements.

Why this role mattersYou will play a key role in turning data into insight, helping the Recruitment Managed Services and joint ventures understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
This is a role where strong analytical thinking and clear communication are essential, with responsibility for reporting, data deep dives and influencing operational and strategic decisions.
What you’ll be doingProducing regular reports for stakeholders, providing clear insight into business performance.
Analysing data in detail to understand trends, issues and root causes behind the number.
Investigating data sources to ensure reports are accurate, meaningful and reliable.
Developing and improving reporting using Excel and BI tools to present data clearly.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
Carrying out deep dives into joint ventures and managed services to identify improvements.
Mapping and reviewing processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
Supporting the implementation of process changes and reporting on their impact.
Acting as a key link between data, systems and the wider business.
Travelling to Joint Venture and partner sites where required to review processes and data in context.
Provide first-line support via phone, email and live chat in line with agreed SLAs.
Proven experience in reporting, data analysis or information management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate data and understand what sits behind it.
The ability to build, develop and maintain reports using Excel or BI tools such as Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A background in recruitment or managed services would be beneficial but is not essential.
Salary of £32,500 per annum.
25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after four years.
