Process Controller

 We are recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Process Controller to support production operations at a poultry processing site in HU7, Hull. This role is ideal for someone with food production experience who can ensure consistent quality and process accuracy during the twilight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain efficient production line processes
• Check product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Record and complete relevant production documentation accurately
• Communicate any issues or delays to supervisors in a timely manner
• Follow all health and safety procedures on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or processing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
