Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working exclusively with a leading global manufacturer to recruit a Process Engineer to join their team.

As Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, improving processes and ensuring products consistently meet demanding quality and customer standards. You'll work closely with production, quality and technical teams, investigating process issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing methods.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working collaboratively across departments and making a genuine impact on manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities as the Process Engineer will include:

  • Supporting manufacturing processes from quotation through to production
  • Investigating process and product non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Working alongside Quality and Production teams to improve process capability and product quality
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and manufacturing process data
  • Supporting new product introduction and process development activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance manufacturing performance
  • Monitoring quality metrics and contributing to continuous improvement projects
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers on technical and specification-related matters where required

We're keen to speak with Process Engineers who have:

  • A degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience within a manufacturing or process engineering environment
  • Knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa or Six Sigma
  • Experience investigating manufacturing or product quality issues
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
