Operational Oversight: Monitor daily vacuum furnace cycles, leading the shop-floor operation to meet demanding customer production schedules safely and efficiently.
Technical Troubleshooting: Drive root-cause investigations to diagnose process deviations, cycle errors, or mechanical issues, maintaining high equipment uptime.
Quality & SOPs: Draft, update, and enforce robust process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for full audit readiness.
Commercial Synergy: Act as the technical expert to support internal commercial teams with complex customer queries and accurate job estimations.
What We're Looking For
Vacuum Heat Treatment Expertise: Deep, hands-on background in vacuum heat treatment is essential. Specifically at a process/metallurgical level, not just basic operational loading.
