We’re working with an exciting and growing business within the workplace technology and interiors sector, who are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with suppliers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment and materials are sourced at the right price, delivered on time and aligned with project requirements.

The Role

As Procurement Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the procurement process from quotation through to delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Sales, Design and Finance teams.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships and ensuring accurate pricing and order information is maintained throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase orders for project equipment and materials
  • Managing the procurement lifecycle from quotation through to delivery
  • Obtaining competitive pricing and lead times from manufacturers and distributors
  • Reviewing supplier quotations and ensuring pricing accuracy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendor partners
  • Working closely with Project Managers to ensure procurement aligns with project programmes
  • Liaising with Sales and Design teams during quotation stages to obtain accurate project pricing
  • Maintaining accurate supplier pricing across quotation and ERP systems
  • Monitoring orders and proactively communicating delivery updates
  • Resolving supplier issues, shortages and order discrepancies
  • Supporting the Finance team with invoice queries and supplier reconciliations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier performance

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or buying administration
  • Experience within AV, workplace technology, electrical, construction or a related industry would be highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Good commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and quotations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience using procurement, ERP or quotation software would be advantageous
