This role sits at the heart of my client's operations and is a great opportunity to grow your career in a company that is currently expanding.
The role:
- You will manage a multi-million pound spend
- You will be responsible for converting engineering requirements into accurate costs
- Ensure that quality standards are never compromised
- Drive reduction of costs
- Manage various stakeholders across supply chain and operations
Skills and Experience:
- Previous engineering background
- Ability to read and translate drawings
- Good understanding of metals
- Proven ability to manage spend in a fact paced engineering environment
- Experience of working with an ERP system
