Procurement Executive – Rail / Transport in Bristol

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Procurement Executive to support a transport and rail framework in Bristol.

This opportunity would suit a procurement professional with experience in complex procurement processes and an interest in supporting the delivery of major transport infrastructure.

You will support procurement activity across the framework, helping ensure procurement requirements are managed effectively and in line with programme objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating procurement activities and tender processes.
• Supporting the preparation of procurement documentation.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Monitoring procurement milestones and deliverables.
• Supporting commercial evaluation and supplier engagement.
• Maintaining procurement records and reporting progress.
• Ensuring procurement activities follow relevant governance and procedures.

You will have:

• Procurement experience within construction, transport, rail or infrastructure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating procurement processes and documentation.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A collaborative and commercially aware approach.
