Would you like to work for a manufacturer experiencing significant growth and investment? With next year's order book already filled, my client is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function, delivering cost savings, strengthening supplier performance, ensuring material availability, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Own procurement across materials, suppliers, and operational spend
- Drive cost savings through negotiation, sourcing, and supplier reviews
- Ensure material availability and stock accuracy to support production
- Manage supplier performance across quality, delivery, and service
- Reduce supply chain risk and resolve supplier-related issues
- Improve procurement processes, systems, and reporting as the business grows
- Partner with Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain efficient stock levels and uninterrupted operations
About You
- Procurement, buying, or sourcing experience
- Proven success delivering cost savings
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- ERP/MRP experience
