Product Design Technology Teacher

TeacherActive is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Design Technology (Product Design) Teachers to join our busy supply team, working across a range of welcoming secondary schools throughout Bath & North East Somerset (BANES).

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term cover or long-term placements, we have a variety of opportunities available to suit your availability. Supply teaching offers the chance to gain experience in different school settings, maintain a healthy work-life balance and build valuable relationships with local schools.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Design Technology with a focus on Product Design at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable).
• Be confident delivering engaging practical lessons and promoting safe workshop practices.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different school environments.
• Be committed to inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential.
