Our client in the luxury hospitality industry is looking for a Product Growth Manager to lead their product strategy and help drive future growth. 🚀

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance product performance and market reach
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure alignment and drive results
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation and expansion
• Monitor KPIs and produce reports to showcase progress and areas for improvement
• Engage with customers to gather insights and adapt strategies accordingly
• Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the team

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience in product management or growth roles, preferably in Financial Services or Insurance
