Product Manager

We’re hiring for a Product Manager to take ownership of a global product range within a specialist engineering business based in Stockport.

This is a commercial, technically influenced role focused on product performance, pricing, and development, working closely with engineering, sales and marketing to drive growth across international markets.

What will you be doing as a Product Manager?

• Managing the full product lifecycle from development through to market
• Driving new product development (NPI) and continuous improvement
• Setting and managing pricing strategies and margins
• Working closely with engineering to define product specifications
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Translating customer needs into commercial product opportunities
• Supporting sales and marketing with product positioning and launches
• Monitoring performance through KPIs, data and reporting

What will you need?

• At least 3+ years’ experience in Product Management
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or tangible products
• Strong commercial awareness (pricing, margin, product performance)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing
• A hands-on, proactive approach to product development and improvement
