My client is delivering a new Resident Self-Serve Mobile App as part of its digital transformation programme.

The app will give residents a mobile-first way to manage key housing services, including repairs, payments, notifications, documents and account management. It will integrate with existing CRM, payment, repairs and back-office systems to improve resident experience, increase digital adoption and reduce avoidable contact.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Product Owner to lead the next phase of delivery through MVP, testing, launch and transition into BAU.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation
• Define and manage MVP scope, requirements, epics and user stories
• Lead product discovery and translate resident and business needs into clear outcomes
• Work closely with technology, design, delivery teams and third-party suppliers
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance and decision making
• Use resident insight and data to inform product decisions
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers
• Define KPIs, adoption measures and benefits realisation
• Ensure accessibility, security, regulatory and operational requirements are met
• Support testing, launch readiness, adoption and transition into BAU

This is a hands-on Product Owner role requiring proven experience delivering digital products in complex organisations, ideally within housing, local government or a similar resident/customer-facing environment.
