Description

  • Shape product strategy using market and customer insights.
  • Lead product launches and lifecycle management across Europe.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and development teams.
  • Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather customer and dealer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Support training, communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and market requirements.

Profile

  • Proven experience in product management, product planning, category management or product marketing within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
  • Skilled in analysing market, sales and customer data to inform strategic decision making.
  • Experience developing product strategies, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused, with a track record of translating market insights into successful product solutions.
  • Confident communicator, able to present recommendations and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and data analysis skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
