- Shape product strategy using market and customer insights.
- Lead product launches and lifecycle management across Europe.

Profile
- Proven experience in product management, product planning, category management or product marketing within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Skilled in analysing market, sales and customer data to inform strategic decision making.
- Experience developing product strategies, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused, with a track record of translating market insights into successful product solutions.
- Confident communicator, able to present recommendations and build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and data analysis skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
