Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Bolt Technical are recruiting for a well-established, global engineering and manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Quality Engineers and provide daily updates on quality-related issues and problem folders.
  • Support the FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) team with traceability activities and general administration.
  • Retrieve certificates, test reports, and supporting documentation from company archive systems to meet departmental requirements.
  • Assist the European Quality Assurance Manager and Engineering team in prioritising incoming goods inspections and quality activities.
  • Support the maintenance, retention, and creation of controlled quality documentation.
  • Act as the departmental purchasing liaison, following up on outstanding orders and supplier requests.
  • Work closely with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives, continuous improvement activities, and the overall effectiveness of the Product Quality function.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support the wider Quality team.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
