Our Mission
We’re more than just popcorn makers—we’re creators of moments that make people smile. From our small-batch caramel drizzle to our sweet and salty crunch, every kernel is crafted with care, quality, and a dash of fun. Our mission is simple: to delight customers with irresistible flavours while building a brand that stands for creativity, consistency, and community.
The Impact You'll Make
As our Production & Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the bridge between the factory floor and the marketplace. You’ll ensure our popcorn is produced to perfection, every time, while also driving sales growth through smart customer relationships and creative promotions. Your leadership will keep production running smoothly, your energy will inspire our team of autistic employees, and your sales drive will help our popcorn reach more snack lovers than ever before.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily production operations—overseeing roasting, seasoning, packaging, and quality control to meet output targets.
- Manage and motivate a small team of production staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure raw materials are always ready for production.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales by building relationships with retailers, event organisers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns—both in-person and online—to boost brand visibility and revenue.
- Track production and sales metrics, reporting results to senior management and suggesting improvements.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, markets, and tasting events, turning curious tasters into loyal customers.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within food production, FMCG, or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, food hygiene, quality control, and health & safety standards.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills—you can juggle production schedules and sales calls without missing a beat.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude—you’re as comfortable on the factory floor as you are in a client meeting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Why You'll Love It Here
- A vibrant, close-knit team where your ideas are heard and your work makes a visible impact.
- Opportunities to attend food festivals, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ongoing training in both production management and sales strategy.
