Production Assistant – 2pm–10pm | £13.50ph | Monday–Friday | Start ASAP

Abatec is recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company based near Clevedon, looking for x5 Production Operative / Assistants to join their growing Production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and would like to join a busy, friendly production environment. Previous experience in food production, packing, manufacturing or machine operating would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 2pm–10pm / finish
• £13.50 per hour
• Full-time positions available
• Part-time candidates may also be considered depending on availability

Please note that finish times may vary slightly depending on production volumes and workload.

The Role

You’ll support the production of cookies and cakes in a busy bakery environment. Duties will include:

• Operating production machinery
• Making up boxes and packing finished products
• Completing basic production paperwork
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Following food safety and quality procedures

This is a varied, hands-on role combining production, decorating and packing.

• Happy to follow procedures and complete basic paperwork

Previous experience in food production, packing, manufacturing or machine operating would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
