Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy FMCG operation based in Chichester.

We are seeking both full-time candidates looking for ongoing work and ad hoc workers who are available for occasional shifts and flexible work throughout the week.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, packed, and prepared to the highest standards. Working on a busy production line, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading raw materials and packaging onto production lines
• Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
• Ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the production area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Reporting any machine faults or product quality issues to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
