Production Assistant

Production Operative
Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Crawley
£12.72 per hour + separate holiday pay | Full-time | Permanent | On-site
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Operative.
You'll be responsible for preparing and customising appliances to each customer's individual requirements, ensuring orders are accurate and ready to use.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and preparing products for customer orders
* Templating and cutting products to size, requiring very good hand-eye coordination
* Using computer systems to log work, print orders and check stock
* Working towards daily and weekly targets
* Supporting picking and packing when required, as well as helping to keep the warehouse tidy
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude, and very good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform detailed tasks
No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. However, previous production or assembly experience would be beneficial.
