Are you a Production Engineer, or do you have a background in electrical, mechanical or component manufacturing and are looking for your next opportunity?

The Role
We're looking for a Production Technician to join a growing technical manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be involved in the assembly, testing and preparation of specialist products, ensuring that every item meets the required quality standards before being distributed to customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is practical, detail-oriented and technically minded, with an interest in developing their skills within a structured and collaborative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and electronic assemblies to required specifications
- Carry out soldering and other basic electrical assembly tasks
- Work closely with colleagues across the production process to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Complete and maintain accurate production records and test results
- Carry out basic testing and quality checks on completed products
- Prepare and pack finished products for distribution
- Use a range of hand tools, equipment and production aids
- Follow established processes, procedures and health & safety requirements
The Candidate
- Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Has previous experience with soldering, electrical assembly or similar practical work - or is keen to learn
- Is comfortable using computers, including email and basic Excel
- Has good communication skills and works well as part of a team
- Can work effectively on repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Is practical, reliable and keen to develop their technical skills
- Has an interest in engineering, manufacturing or technical production
