Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble, manufacture, or process components according to instructions
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Report any defects, issues, or health and safety concerns promptly
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience essential
- Confident and competent in using power tools
- Good attention to detail and quality focused
- Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
