Your responsibilities as Production Manager
  • Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational targets
  • Drive improvements across output, efficiency, quality, labour and waste KPIs
  • Plan and manage production activities to ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety and product quality
  • Work closely with planning, stock control and other departments to improve operational performance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the production operation
What we're looking for in a Production Manager
  • Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
  • Poultry manufacturing experience or experience within a similar food production setting
  • Strong knowledge of production KPIs, operational performance and budget management
  • Ability to analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple operational departments
Working hours
Tuesday to Thursday: 13:35 – 23:00
Friday: 13:45 – 21:45
Saturday: 08:45 – 18:00
