Our client is a market-leading manufacturer known for delivering innovative, high-quality products to customers across a variety of sectors. They are looking for a Production Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with ISO 9001
• Oversee production documentation, reporting, and MRP/ERP system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure products are manufactured accordingly.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Over ten years composites experience.
• Management experience on the Shop floor
