My client is seeking a Production Manager to assist with Production/Inspection/Planning & Stores in a very busy cable assembly environment.
You will bring the following experiences to the role:
- Oversee all of production. This includes inspection and stores
- Planning production jobs to ensure they meet the customer delivery date
- Raising internal route cards through manufacturing MRP system and then planning these on the Production Management system and Capacity Planner
- Liaising with customers on order progress. Communicating delays or updates to customers as necessary
- Liaise with Purchasing Department on updates on supply for manufacturing
- Attending customer online meetings for OOB updates
- Hold regular Production meetings on a weekly basis
Essentially you will have experience in the role of managing production and most importantly planning. You will need to be extremely organized and work well under pressure in a busy and demanding role.
