Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background, looking for a role where you will be at the forefront of developing and growing an ambitious manufacturing operation, and play a key part in the company's future success?

In this role, you will oversee shop floor operations, managing a team of 25-30 in the production of components for the automotive and heavy industries. You will be at the forefront of the operation's growth and development, driving the implementation of LEAN manufacturing processes across the factory.

As part of a larger group, this is an up-and-coming company that is rapidly growing and expanding its operations. With ambitious plans for the future, they are strengthening their management team and increasing production to meet growing customer demand.

This role would suit a Production Manager from a manufacturing background, who wants to be at the forefront of growth and development for an up-and-coming business.

The Role:

• Overseeing shop floor operations in a busy production environment

• Driving continuous improvement and implementing LEAN methodologies

• Managing a team of 25 people with up to 4 direct reports

• Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm

The Person:

• Production Manager or similar

• LEAN Manufacturing background
