An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to take a leading role in driving operational performance at a busy Cut Flower production facility in Euskirchen, Germany.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded production leader to oversee daily operations, develop management capability and implement continuous improvements across automated production lines. As a key member of the senior team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Lead, the Production Manager will be responsible for the effective management of production operations, ensuring that daily and longer-term production plans are delivered efficiently, consistently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment & Maintenance: Working closely with the engineering team to ensure production machinery and equipment operate effectively and downtime is minimised.
  • Training & Development: Supporting the development of managers and team members through regular briefings, one-to-one meetings and structured training plans.
  • Operational Development: Supporting new product introductions and changes to existing production lines while maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate
