Production Manager

Production Manager | Food Manufacturing | West London

My client - a leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a high-volume production operation and drive operational excellence across the site.

Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering production plans safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while driving improvements in productivity, costs, service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations and ensure delivery of production targets.
• Drive performance across labour efficiency, waste, downtime, OEE, quality, and service.
• Develop and coach frontline managers, building a high-performing culture.
• Champion Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site and business objectives.

About You

• Proven production leadership experience within food manufacturing, ideally bakery or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading and developing management teams.
• Commercially aware, with experience improving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety requirements.
• A proactive leader with a track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results.
