We’re working with a fresh food manufacturing start-up with great branding, fantastic products and huge projected growth. Now, they’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to help take the business to the next level.

This role is all about plant, people and process. The site is constantly evolving, so you’ll need to be adaptable, hands-on and full of ideas to improve how the factory runs.

Just as importantly, you’ll be a natural people leader who can win hearts and minds, coach and develop teams, and bring people along with you. You’ll lead from the front, take ownership of factory operations and help build a positive culture as the business grows.
