Salary: up to £70,000 basic
Hours of work: Monday- Thursday 7:30am – 4pm & Friday 7:30am - 3pm
Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for your next challenge?
HTA (Part of WEC Group) are looking for a driven and hands-on Production Manager to lead our production operations in Coventry. This is a key role for someone who can combine strong leadership with excellent planning, problem-solving and operational discipline.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team.
- Ensure production schedules to meet custome requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, costs and delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure health & safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
- Manage production resources, materials and equipment effectively.
- Investigate and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, procurement and other teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the production operation.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Commercially aware and focused on achieving results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experinced Production Manager
- Time served welder / fabricator
- Good understanding of Laser, fabrication and welding processes.
- Knowledge of health & safety requirements.
- Understanding of company quality procedures and specific customer requirements.
