Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of production equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Engineer.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity while reducing operational costs.
  • Maintain high standards of factory cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Report operational issues and production challenges to senior management.
  • Monitor production performance, quality standards, and productivity levels.
  • Train, coach, and support Factory Operators to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Chair weekly operations meetings.
  • Work closely with the administration team to resolve daily delivery-related matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Production Management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using SAP MRP/ERP systems for production planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational performance.
