Hales Group are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join one of our reputable clients based near Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Assisting with manufacturing and packaging processes
- Handling and lifting heavy materials as part of daily duties
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Learning and supporting all aspects of the production process
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential
