Working pattern: Monday to Friday (06:30-15:00)
We are recruiting for a reliable and practical Temporary Production Operative to join a specialist business based at a rural location outside Crawley.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, facilities or a similar environment would be useful, although training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day production activities.
- Preparing, handling and organising products and equipment.
- Following work instructions, quality standards and company procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Completing basic paperwork and production records.
- Working with colleagues to meet daily requirements.
- Carrying out other practical duties as required.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Practical, organised and able to follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable carrying out repetitive and hands-on tasks.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location and limited public transport options.
