Production Operative

£14.05 per hour | Monday to Friday | Day Shifts | Permanent Opportunity

Working as part of a busy production team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, processed, and stored safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

• Operate packing and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Load materials into production stations ready for processing.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Complete product sampling and quality inspections as required.
• Pack, palletise, band, and wrap finished products to specification.
• Transfer finished goods to designated storage locations.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider team and carry out additional duties as required.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing environment is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling tasks.
• FLT experience is beneficial but not essential.
