Production Operative in Newbury, Berkshire

Location: Newbury
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Duration: 2/3 weeks

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Newbury with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and thrives in a busy production environment.

• Preparing materials for the manufacturing process
• Carrying out finishing processes, including:
  • Taping
  • Drilling
  • Sanding
  • Cutting
  • Scraping
• Conducting quality checks and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Packing goods safely and accurately for shipment
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

The successful candidate will:

• Have a practical, hands-on approach to work
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be comfortable working in a production or workshop environment
• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Immediate start available
• Competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern
