About the Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a specialist manufacturer in Marks Tey, Colchester, to recruit Production Operatives. No experience is needed, as full training is provided. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with a permanent role available after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion machinery (full training given).
- Assemble kits, gaskets, and small parts by hand.
- Check products for quality and accuracy.
- Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- No previous experience required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good with your hands and comfortable doing fiddly, precise work.
- Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn.
