Role: Production Assistant
Location: Witney
Pay: £17.19 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (7pm-7am)
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, precision is everything. You will be the engine behind our manufacturing process, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and excellence.

• Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate specialised production machinery strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Assurance: Maintain total compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.
• Meticulous Documentation: Keep crystal-clear records, including manual batch entries and digital data reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep the production line running at peak efficiency.
