Production Operative

Location: Kinross

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Kinross. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Please note: Due to the rural location of the site and limited public transport links, candidates must have access to their own transport.

Working Hours

• Shifts vary between 8 and 12 hours, depending on seasonal workload and business requirements.
• Overtime available and paid after 8 hours worked per day

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Supporting day-to-day production activities to meet operational targets.
• Assisting with general warehouse, yard, and production duties.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

What we are looking for

• Own transport is essential.
• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, yard, farming, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Forklift licence would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity.
