Production Operative (Capper)

Key Responsibilities:
- Hand cap products according to production specifications and quality requirements.
- Inspect bottles, containers, and caps for defects before and during production.
- Ensure caps are securely fitted and meet required standards.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Complete basic production records and documentation as required.
- Report equipment faults, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Assist with packing, labelling, and other production duties when required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, hygiene, and company policies.

- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
