Role Overview

CareerMakers Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join a busy production team in the Stockport area. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out packing operations in line with production targets for quality, quantity, and efficiency.

• Pack products into the correct packaging according to specifications.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Keep workstations and production areas clean, organised, and safe.

• Report any faults, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.

• Comply with all health and safety procedures and company policies.

• Consistently adhere to company procedures and quality standards.

• Complete work cards and all required documentation accurately and legibly.

• Maximise operational efficiency across production machinery and equipment.

• Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and within required timescales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern.

• Own transport is preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00 am – 6:00 pm
