Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, either 6:45am–6:45pm or 7:00am–7:00pm, with occasional Fridays 7:00am–4:00pm

Job Purpose

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly and supportive production team in Kings Lynn. The successful candidates will work as part of a production line, helping to ensure products are labelled, packed and prepared efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a production line team.
• Label products accurately and efficiently.
• Pack finished products in accordance with company requirements.
• Stack products safely and appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow production procedures, health and safety requirements and workplace instructions.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Maintain good standards of quality and attention to detail.

Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will:

• Be reliable and punctual.
• Have a positive and hardworking attitude.
• Be comfortable working as part of a team.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Be able to follow instructions and production procedures.
• Be willing to work the required shift pattern.
• Previous production or warehouse experience would be advantageous, although the advert does not specify this as essential.

Working Pattern

• Monday–Thursday: 6:45am–6:45pm or 7:00am–7:00pm.
• Occasional Friday: 7:00am–4:00pm.
• Consistent shifts providing a regular working routine.
