Production Operative (Days and Nights)

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the required standards.

Duties include:

• Working on production lines
• Packing and quality checking products
• Operating machinery following training
• Maintaining production targets and standards
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• General warehouse and production duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be flexible to work day or night shifts
