Escape Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Livingston.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment, with an initial contract of at least three months and the potential for the role to be extended through to the end of the year.

The Role

• Operating production machinery

• Monitoring production processes

• Carrying out quality checks

• Following health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the production area

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience

• Experience operating machinery would be advantageous

• Strong attention to detail

• Good understanding of health and safety practices

• Reliable and flexible approach to shift work

• Ability to work effectively within a team

Shift Pattern
This role operates on a three-week rotating shift pattern:

Early Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

• Friday: 6:00am - 11:30am

Back Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

• Friday: 11:30am - 5:00pm

Night Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am

• Friday: 5:00pm - 10:30pm
