Production Operative

Find My Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Rainham, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous production or manufacturing experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and operating machinery.

Working Hours

You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

Applicants must be available to work all three shift patterns as these will rotate. 

Pay Rate

The standard hourly rate is £13.78 per hour, with overtime paid at £17.23 per hour.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be working as part of a busy production team and your duties may include:

• Working on a production line and ensuring production targets are met
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Carrying out basic machine checks and identifying any issues
• Checking finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Following production procedures and instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Adhering to all company health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a production or manufacturing environment, particularly experience working on a production line and using machinery.

Previous CNC machine experience would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

You should be reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
