Our client, based in Banbury are looking for Production Operatives to join their team.

As a Production Operative, you will be required to work as part of the production team to manufacture, prepare, pack and inspect products safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The Role – Production Operative   

Key accountabilites –

• Support the efficient production of products on the production line
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Ensure products are manufactured, handled and packed to the required quality standards
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Carry out production tasks safely, accurately and efficiently
• Report any product quality, equipment or safety issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Contribute to the smooth and continuous operation of the production line

Pay & benefits –

Starting pay:

• £13.00 per hour for Monday to Friday day shift
• £13.00 per hour for Monday to Thursday night shift
• £14.25 per hour for Friday night shift
• £14.25 per hour for Saturday and Sunday ( both day & night shifts )

After 12 weeks:

• £16.02 per hour for all shifts

Requirements –

• Previous experience working in a similar production or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Demonstrates the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures within a production environment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace..
