Day Shift Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 18:00

Nightshift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1800-0600 Work 36 hours paid for 46 hours
 

Overtime paid at Time + ¼

Temporary to Permanent after 13 weeks

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, helping to produce specialist composite boards and related products.

Duties include:

• Operating machinery and carrying out quality checks
• Preparing materials and completing production tasks
• Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking products
• Basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Manual handling and moving materials safely
• Supporting the wider production team when required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Good work history and reliability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ideally experience of working with composites and paint
• Own transport recommended due to location
