Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Packing and handling products in line with company standards
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
- Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
- Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to work and shift patterns
